Checkout

Our checkout API is created to ensure ease of use and the integrity of carriers. We will respond with correct carrier data according to each carrier’s specification, for example, a link to the carrier's logo so that the carrier will be displayed in a correct manner.

If you are using Klarna as a payment provider on your webshop you can use our built-in function for checkout inside Klarna.

The delivery checkout process takes place in the webshop when the consumer selects between different delivery options. No shipments are created in the checkout. A result is a delivery option selected by the consumer. That delivery option is then communicated from the webshop platform, often via an ERP, to the TA/TMS system (e.g. LogTrade) where a shipment is created, based on the selected delivery option.

Manage checkout

All settings will be handled on the setting portal
Please go to http://settings.logtrade.info and login with your Logtrade credentials.

Add site

All Checkout settings are connected to a site. Logtrade Checkout can handle several sites.
Reason for having multiple sites could be that you want to separate market, regions or development environments

Go to http://settings.logtrade.info and select 'Checkout -> Sites'
Click on 'ADD' to create checkout options for your site
Insert a 'Site id' and a 'Description'.
'Site id' will be used in the API to identify which site is used when sending a request.
Press 'CREATE' when done.
Repeat 2 and 3 if you want to create several sites

Delivery Options

The delivery options created here will be shown in your Webshop.

Add Delivery options

Go to http://settings.logtrade.info and select 'Checkout -> Sites'
Select 'DELIVERY OPTIONS' on the site you want to add delivery options to.
Select 'ADD' to add a delivery option
Insert the information about the Delivery option and then press 'CREATE'

Option id
Give the delivery option a unique Id. This will be used as an identifier.

Enable
Mark this if you want to enable the option and make it visible on the website's checkout.

Delivery type
A delivery type is a category that consists of one or several delivery options.
Agent - Deliveries to Service point, parcel station, Access points, Swip box etc.
Business - Deliveries to work, workplace, business delivery etc.
Homedelivery - Deliveries to home address
Mailbox - Deliveries to mailbox, per mail, postal deliveries
InStore - Delivers to store

Select the Carrier from the dropdown list

Select the Carriers product from the dropdown list

Edit delivery option

Press the 'three dots' to the right on the delivery option line you want to edit and select 'Edit'
Make your changes and then press 'SAVE'

Delete Delivery option

Press the 'three dots' to the right on the delivery option line you want to delete and select 'Delete'
Press 'OK' to confirm

LABELS

Labels are text/description of your delivery options.

Add Labels

Press the 'LABELS' on the delivery option line you want add a label text for
Press 'ADD' to add a labeltext
Insert the information and then press 'CREATE'

Language code, E.g. "SV", "NO", "DA", "FI"

Press the 'three dots' to the right on the label line you want to edit and select 'Edit'
Make your changes and then press 'SAVE'

Delete label

Press the 'three dots' to the right on the label line you want to delete and select 'Delete'
Press 'OK' to confirm

CRITERIA

Criteria section is to setup rules when to show the delivery option in your webshop.

Add Criteria

Press the 'CRITERIA' on the delivery option line you want add criteria for
Press 'ADD' to add a criteria
Insert the information about the criteria and then press 'CREATE'

Make your changes and then press 'SAVE'

Price list

Add a pricelist

Go to http://settings.logtrade.info and select 'Checkout -> Pricelists'
Press 'ADD' to create a new pricelist
Insert the information about the pricelist you want to create and then press 'CREATE'

Add price list to a delivery option

Go to http://settings.logtrade.info and select 'Checkout -> Sites'
Press the 'CRITERIA' on the delivery option line you want add a price list for
Press the 'three dots' to the right on the criteria line you want to add price list to and select 'Edit'
Go to the 'Pricelist id' field and press the drop-down button and select the price list you want to add to the specific criteria.
Press 'SAVE' to save the change
